Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in our production facility located in Southern California.  It is privately owned.

What are your production times?
Our production times are listed on your account page. While we make every effort to keep our production capacity steady, it will vary throughout the year based on demand. 

How can I check the status of my order?
Your order status and information is displayed on your account page.  Please login to review your orders.

What is your warranty policy?
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects for 30 days after receipt.  If a seam breaks or you have found a defect in the product please contact us for more information.

What is your minimum order?
For apparel and decals we require a 12 piece minimum order.  Reorders for apparel is 1 piece and decal reorders is 6 pieces.  Keep in mind small reorders will be more expensive than the original order.
